A Connected Commonwealth

On Monday 11th March 2019, Oreoluwa Oduleye marked the Commonwealth Day at Westminster Abbey in London. She joined around 2,000 people in a commonwealth service which celebrated the theme of the year “A Connected Commonwealth”.

The theme highlights how friendship, goodwill and collaboration between the 53 member countries can help tackle some of the planet’s biggest challenges.

The service was attended by the Queen, The Prince of Wales, Duchess of Cornwall, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, former Prime Minister John Major and Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt and many others.

Oreoluwa had a close-up view of the Queen, Kate and William, Harry and Meghan.

Oreoluwa sat across the Grammy-winning British group, Clean Bandit’s performance as shown in the photos.
