iArt 2019
IAPS held their iArt 2019 Winners Exhibition at the Temperance Café in Leamington Spa on the evening of Monday 1st July. All of the winning artworks were celebrated in professional frames, and accompanied by individual plaques with each artist’s name, and a quote by the artist. There was complementary food and drinks and a wonderful award ceremony, where the winners received certificates in front of family & friends. Gayhurst’s Head of Art, Miss Crosbie was present and said, “While it was a small private event, it is a phenomenal achievement for all the children. IAPS has 670 of the world’s leading prep schools in its membership with 160,000 children in UK schools, all of which can participate in the competition. I am extremely proud of Benjamin Ceh who received Highly Commended in the Year 3 & 4 category, and Philip Artemiev in Year 2, who came 2nd in his age category across the whole competition. I know that their achievement will inspire others and I’m hopeful that we will see more success next year.” All of the winning pieces can be viewed on the IAPS Facebook page
