Macbeth

Year 6 rounded off Shakespeare week with a special production of Act 5 from ‘Macbeth’. Mrs Lingley portrayed the part of the suffering, unstable Lady Macbeth to great effect. In the following ‘chat show’ Year 6 asked some searching questions to the characters involved, conveying impressive insight and knowledge of their Shakespeare studies so far. The English department are sure that this is just the start of a keen interest and pleasure in his language and plays.
