STEM week began with a bang, on Monday, with Sir Linkalot engaging and energising Year 3 to 6 in assembly. Maths was his focus for the day and children were treated to many links and alternative memory methods for the subject.
Throughout the week the children have moved between activities enjoying the Science Actor’s presentation, The Happy Puzzle Company, Maths Mystery adventures, Bridge Building workshops and parents’ specialist lessons such as Mr Rehman, sharing his knowledge and experience of engineering.
The Junior School have had Ipad lessons and science workshops in the Senior School Science Labs.
It has been a fantastic week which we hope enriches and inspires learning across the STEM curriculum.
