The River Thames at Gayhurst

Year 4 were studying London and the River Thames at the end of last term and we finished off the topic last week with some Outdoor Learning. The children had to use twigs, stone, bark etc to create the River Thames and some of the landmarks nearby.

The girls and boys were creative building The Shard using tree stumps and blocks. They also attempted to build The Thames Barrier, Tower Bridge and London Bridge. Great work all!
