Childcare Vouchers

We accept child care vouchers (CCVs) from all major private child care voucher providers.

We also accept CCVs from the NEW Government scheme which began in October 2018 and anyone who is new to the childcare voucher scheme MUST apply to the Government scheme in the future (see link below).

Any parents with children under 5 can use CCVs to pay for school fees (these can be used up to and including the term when the child has his/her 5th birthday)

Parents of older pupils are able to use the CCVs to cover the cost of Breakfast and Supper Club only and any trips where the organisation which runs the trip is OFSTED regulated.

For more information please see the Government posted information here https://www.gov.uk/help-with-childcare-costs/childcare-vouchers, or call the school to speak to the Bursar or Finance Manager on 01753 882690.

CCVs ARE NOT the same as Government’s 15 and 30 hour free childcare scheme.  We do not accept this form of payment.

Bursaries

The Governors of Gayhurst School are committed to broadening access to the school by offering eligible parents/guardians of one child entering Reception (age 4) means-tested financial support with the payment of the school’s fees. Such support is known as a Bursary and is awarded in the form of a discount of 100% on tuition fees, compulsory school trips and books (not optional extras) payable.  Bursary awards are subject to repeat testing of parental means each year and may be withdrawn, depending on parental circumstances and/or the pupil’s progress, attitude or behaviour. For more information regarding the current scheme, please contact the Bursar here.
