Rites of Passage

Year 6 have been learning all about the different life stages in a human beings life time.

They have been learning that these are referred to as RITES OF PASSAGE to religious followers.

Sana and Zara in 6E created a presentation all about the THIRD RITE OF PASSAGE which is MARRIAGE and the ceremony or RITE is called a WEDDING.

They based their presentation on their own experiences of a MUSLIM WEDDING and have brought in personal ARTEFACTS to share with their peers as part of their presentation.
